We quite often have clients utilise this flexibility to some degree, but it’s not everyday we get a booking as unique as the one Ryan had in mind. In honour of his company’s ten-year anniversary, he had hired Hog Roast Eton to serve a concoction of our handmade British beef burgers, juicy sausages, fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs, BBQ beef brisket and grilled veggie kebabs with five yummy canapés, rich and creamy coleslaw, fries, mac and cheese and potato salad. Charcuterie boards overflowing with deli meats, cheeses and artisan breads were also on the menu, followed by profiteroles and cheesecake for pudding.
This sublime menu was everything it was cracked up to be – and then some! The guests couldn’t get enough of the gourmet flavours on offer, and while the food satisfied their stomachs, Hog Roast Eton’s smiley service won their hearts!
