Find Your Perfect Anniversary Feast At Hog Roast Riseley!

Hog Roast BerkshireWhen most couples get married, they do so with the people they love around them – friends, family, colleagues and sometimes even their pets. Which got us thinking, why should anniversaries be any different?

A wedding is the biggest day of your life – no arguments there. But honestly, anniversaries might matter even more. A wedding is a promise. An anniversary is proof you actually kept it, through the good years, the hard ones and every argument about the thermostat in between. Whether you’re at year one or year fifty, that’s worth celebrating properly. And a proper celebration calls for proper food.

No matter how many guests you’re planning to host, one thing’s for sure: they’ll be expecting something delicious to grace their taste buds. We know that can be daunting, especially if you have a multitude of dietary requirements to consider, but with Hog Roast Riseley in your corner, catering for a crowd has never been simpler.

Hog Roast Riseley has decades of experience between us and we take our part in your big day seriously. That’s why we’ve come up with a wide variety of delicious meal plans, each of which can be tweaked and tailored to suit your cravings. Our Southern Slow Roast, in particular, is ideal if you’re looking to cover all your bases – it offers three tasty meats from our list of Southern-style favourites, a great selection of sides and some sauces to match. And yes, there’s even vegetarian and vegan options on offer too.

While our hog roasts still reign supreme as our most-requested dish, this menu really isn’t far behind – and it’s not hard to see why. It makes feeding a mixed crowd almost effortless. In fact, our latest clients, who’d come to us ahead of their wedding anniversary, dubbed this menu a

total game-changer.

Hog Roast Riseley made choosing their celebratory spread exciting, rather than frightening, and after a helpful chat with our catering manager, James, they had an entire menu put together, which comprised our Texan beef brisket, fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs, pulled minted lamb and a choice of grilled veggie kebabs and BBQ-pulled jackfruit for the non-meat-eaters. Greek salad, buttery corn cobettes and a mix of sweet potato and classic fries finished everything off, ensuring every craving was met.

And when the time came to ask the guests how much they enjoyed it? Let’s just say their mouths were too full to reply – but our empty serving trays spoke volumes!
