Their wedding earlier this month brought together 100 guests, and we made sure the day started on a high. As guests arrived, they were handed a glass of something fizzy and pointed towards the canapés. Handmade gourmet sausages, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini, chicken satay skewers and beer-battered mini fish and chips – the kind of opening act that builds genuine anticipation for what’s coming next.
