This week, Hog Roast Eton has been hired to cater a festive family meal in Berkshire this December. Our team was contacted by Sally, who usually cooks a Christmas meal for her extended family to enjoy the week before Christmas. This means that she gets to celebrate with all four of her children and their own children before everyone enjoys Christmas Day with their own family unit. This year, instead of cooking herself, our catering managers James and Roy will be serving Hog Roast Eton’s delicious festive feast. Sally will be free to make the most of the day, without worrying about the prep, cooking, or cleaning!
The star of our festive feast is our whole-roasted turkeys, which are cooked to perfection on-site to ensure maximum flavour and freshness. Each bite is full of natural juices, leaving no room for dry, tasteless turkey! Additionally, we will be serving all of the traditional Christmas trimmings, including roasted potatoes, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables (plenty of sprouts!), cauliflower cheese, and rich gravy. Overall, this creates a delicious and hearty main meal, with everything you’d expect from a classic festive meal. To finish off the menu, the guests can enjoy either warm mince pies or chocolate yule log, topped with brandy cream.
