A sentiment evidently shared by some of our customers, as James and Roy of Hog Roast Thatcham’s were invited out to cater for a very special 40th birthday party this past month. With it being summer a barbecue is the standard option for such an occasion, but this customer liked to look on the spicier side of life for this 40th and instead opted for the heat and flavour of our very special southern slow roast menu.

This is a menu that we love creating for guests, whatever the occasion may be. It’s got that something different to it that makes each and every event we cater it at feel even more special.
