Good reviews are something Hog Roast Windlesham might be used to by now, but they’re never something we take for granted. When customers take the time to share their appreciation and let us know how happy they were with our service, it genuinely makes our day. So, when our latest client got in touch to praise our team following an event for 60 guests, we were absolutely thrilled!
One thing that stood out in their feedback was how much they appreciated the regular communication they received before the big day. We know that organising an event comes with plenty to think about, and the last thing you need is to be left wondering whether your catering is in safe hands. That’s why we make a point of staying in touch, answering questions and working closely with every client to get the details just right. In this case, we helped put together a delicious spread from our Gourmet BBQ Menu, giving the guests plenty to get excited about no matter their dietary preferences.
When the day arrived, our team served up a tempting selection of homemade British beef burgers, Thai chicken kebabs and slow-roasted pulled pork, with fried onions and cheese available to give those burgers an extra bit of extra oomph. We also laid out a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, giving guests the option of building their own sandwiches.
Of course, we weren’t about to smoke out our vegetarian and vegan guests. For them, we had grilled vegetable skewers, with halloumi available for those who wanted it, plus slow-simmered BBQ 
pulled jackfruit sliders, which brought plenty of smoky, saucy goodness to the table. Meanwhile, Greek salad, homemade gourmet coleslaw and a generous helping of traditional and sweet potato fries rounded everything off nicely.
On paper, it was a fairly simple menu. But Hog Roast Windlesham’s show-stopping layout, the moreish flavours and the care behind every detail meant guests were singing our praises by the end of the night. The client couldn’t have been happier with the food or the service either – and they told us as much.
