Summer Preperation On The Farm.

It’s now April on the farm, Sunshine and Showers, and we’re getting ready for our busy season ahead. All our old and new staff are trained and in place with their new uniforms pressed and ready to wear, some have already been out there doing hog roasts as we go out rain or shine. All our equipment has been serviced and updated if needed and our farm is equipped for anything.  All our vehicles and trailers have been cleaned and serviced ready for use.

Lisa our admin is taking on lots of bookings every day and is ready and waiting to answer any questions or queries you may have, she is always on hand to assist you with your booking from start to finish. Today we booked in our ever popular menu 1, hog roast Woosehill will cater our traditional hog roast, with crackling, home made stuffing, apple sauce and fresh bread rolls. James our Logistics Manager is busy making sure your event runs smoothly from start to finish that everything is place ready, the right pig is selected, the staff are in place and everything will be in the right place at the right time.
Roy our Director, Farmer, Chef is always on hand to help out where needed for the welfare of all his animals, menu expertise and can also answer any questions on catering requirements.We all our here ready and waiting to make your special events a success either with our DIY services or our catered menu’s.
