I am just about recovering from a weekend of 70th Birthday Celebrations and am very sorry that this email was not sent to you immediately after the Hog Roast lunch on Saturday.
To say we have been absolutely bowled over by the service we have received from your company is a complete understatement. My husband and I cannot thank enough everyone concerned, those on the phone when we made initial enquiries and made the booking, the re-assuring phone calls we received before the event and especially the two wonderful young gentleman who turned up on the day. We had 90 guests, both adults and children, and everyone was singing the praises not only of the delicious food but more importantly singing the praises of the polite and cheerful service they received from the two staff.
I feel absolutely gutted that I did not get the chance to thank the two young men personally before they left and Jeff and I also feel even more embarrassed that neither of us had gone outside to buy them a drink during the afternoon, each believing the other had done so.
The sun shone on us that day despite my huge worries about snow or rain. Even more gratifying than that was our choice of your company in providing the lunch for us. The whole service you provided was faultless and it is the fact that at no time did I feel in the least concerned about what was happening with regards the food that I blame for my incredible bad manners in not thanking those two lovely gentleman in person before they left.
Please, please pass on our sincere gratitude. They really did do you proud and thank again to everyone else involved. We shall be recommending you to everyone.
