Busy Weekend

This weekend we have been really busy and the snow did not hold us up. We set off really early up north for a Wedding venue the roads were really quiet and had been well gritted so we had a pleasant journey considering. Hog roast Aldworth, catering arrived there in plenty of time and we set up our roasting machines straight away they soon had the venue heated up! We had three pigs on the go and the smell was so delicious! By the time the Wedding party all arrived we were in full swing meat just about done side dishes ready to cook and the guests full of smiles and were in ore at the sight of the pigs! As usual we had the guests crowd around us at Hog roast hire and were all captivated by the rotating of the pig, then the main event the carving the air was filled with gasps and praise for our super talented chefs at Hog roast Aldworth, catering our highly skilled chefs sharpening their tools and carving to perfection making the job look like art! All the guests left full and satisfied and we received fantastic feedback from the guests as they left. The Bride and Groom were so happy and couldn’t thank us enough at Hog roast hire Aldworth, . We all found it so amusing when the bride and groom posed in their Wedding attire next to our pig roasting away happily, now that picture I would love to see! We left the venue spick and span as usual and braved the weather for the journey back home, which actually wasn’t that bad. We get such satisfaction coming away from the event knowing we have done such a good job so the blood sweat and tears all seem worth while! We are all looking forward to early next week as we are hosting a hog roast event for a Christening it’s the Christening of the most adorable little twin Girls! It is quite a large gathering and we love a challenge! Mum and Dad want the whole Hog! Pig and array of meats with lots of fresh vegetables and salads and we are catering for five hundred with family arriving from all over the world. It really has the adrenalin flowing at the start of each Aldworth event, as we always are out to impress and like to put on a show. Our orders are coming in fast and furious and plenty of people are booking well ahead for the summer with a Wedding, Anniversary and three Birthdays booked to date. We are holding interviews next week for some more Waiter and Waitresses so it is all looking good! We have had a great start to the New Year and are also looking to buy more machines. Onwards and upwards and a few early nights I think are in order to prepare for the next event and we will not be deterred by the great British weather and have our wellies at the ready!
