Our Event today is a winter wedding at a hotel near Woodside. We are doing the catering for the evening buffet. Lisa and Marie arrive at the reception and liaise with the hotel weddings co-ordinator. They double check that the hotel would like them to set up in their usual spot. The team is early and they have to wait for 15 minutes before they can setup, as there is a fireworks display happening. After the display Lisa and Marie go about setting up the Gazebo to serve under on the patio next to the doors so the guest can come out and get their Hog Roast Woodside with ease. All the freshly pressed linen and serving plates, sauces and salads are put on the tables ready for the guests to help themselves. Lisa raises the Hog Roast Woodside up and asks if they would like any pictures taken then she pulls the pig apart back into its own juices. Lisa lets the wedding co-ordinator know the food is ready and the guests come out to enjoy their food. Once all the guests have enjoyed their food, Marie checks after everyone has come up for seconds they’re happy for us to begin to pack away. After 20 minutes we’re all packed up and ready to go – we have one last check to ensure everything is packed up in the van and is all clean and tidy. We set off on our way back home.
