We are busy preparing for our Hog Roast Season at Spitting Pig Berkshire, with lots of bookings coming in our dates are filling up fast. One of our very popular services is our DIY Service. Our DIY Service is a great option, as you get the use of our knowledge, cooking skills, High quality equipment, and free-range pigs. At a lower price than a catered menu. We do all the hard work so you don’t have to. We prepare the pig, deliver, set it up, then light it. We do all of this at the right time so when you want to eat all you have to do is raise the pig in the roaster and it will be ready to just fall apart. Today we are delivering our DIY Service to a golf club for a hog roast in Charvil.
Brian one of our experience chefs will be delivering the DIY, James passes him the Hire Contract which states all the information he requires for delivery, with the pig all prepped and ready in the Hog master Tray roaster to deliver for 9am in Charvil. Once Brian arrives he checks with the contact where the DIY is to be set and sets up the roaster and gas ready to light. Once Brian has explained the process he lights the roaster so the pig is ready for stated serve time. Brian asks if the contact has any questions and leaves full instructions and contact telephone number in case we’re needed, as were always on hand to help. Once Brian is happy that the customer is happy with everything set up and cooking for the hog roast in Charvil, he leaves to come back to the farm. Brian will be back out the next day to collect the machine and gas at a convenient time for the customer.
